proprietary technology of the control rolling and cooling for substituting quenched and tempered

42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 with a variety of mechanical performance requirements.
2. the mechanical property is correspond to quenched and tempered 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 or over
them and very uniform on the whole cross section.

3. It is mainly used for manufacturing injuection molding machine draglink, engineering machinery push

rod and hydraulic prop with the feature that hardened and tempered steel mechanical property

needless quenched and tempered process.
4. Turning performance: Turning performance is commensurate to 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 or be
superior to them.
